 As 3CX Version 20 approaches its release, we want to ensure that you are well-prepared for the upgrade process. Technological advancements have led to increased demands on system resources, and it's crucial to align your infrastructure with the minimum requirements for a seamless transition to 3CX Version 20.


With the imminent release of Version 20, we must inform you that the previous small server specification of 2GB RAM, including 1 CPU, will no longer be supported. In order to successfully upgrade from Version 18 to Version 20, a resource upgrade is required.


Minimum Resource Requirements for 3CX Version 20:


RAM: 4GB

CPUs: 2
